Video: New Rules to Know When Serving Early Learners in ELO-P

Expanded learning programs serving four-year-old transitional kindergarten students using Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) funding must follow the Education Code guidelines. This video, developed with input from TK-12, expanded learning, and early learning technical assistance providers, describes the updated Education Code (as of May 2023) that must be followed by local education agencies, community-based organizations, and childcare centers serving TK students in their expanded learning program.
