Partnership for children & youth
We champion effective expanded learning opportunities
for underserved youth in California.
Partnership for Children & Youth (PCY) believes all children need opportunities to learn beyond the school day and year to build skills and relationships, expand their horizons, access social capital, and discover their passions. PCY improves learning opportunities and conditions for youth by increasing access and quality of expanded learning programs in California through a strategic mix of policy, advocacy, and capacity building.
