Attendance Recovery: What is the Return on Investment?

The Partnership for Children & Youth interviewed expanded learning directors at three school districts that have been at the forefront of implementing the Attendance Recovery policy. When asked if AR is “worth it,” these three districts said, “Yes.” But their answer is more about the value of the learning opportunity than the flow of dollars. They shared three main points and some advice for peers.
