Over the course of 3 years (2014-2017), an intensive assessment of PCY's HousED initiative, based around the Program Quality Assessment (PQA) tool, was performed by Public Profit. The results showed that "Across the HousED network, PQA scores increased in all domains, with the highest performance in 2016-17. In particular, the network average for the Engagement scale increased steadily from 2014-15 to 2016-17."
In addition to PQA metrics, youth and staff experience were also measured, and all showed increases over the three years. You can read the summary of the assessment below. For more information regarding the assessment, please contact Jenny Hicks.
